ADVOCATE: Tell your friends and co-workers about YLS. YLS provides social, networking, educational, and professional development opportunities. YLS provides you the chance to change our community through volunteerism.
VOLUNTEER: Through YLS, you can volunteer in the community AND have the chance to influence the young leaders' programs. The YLS committee meets just once every 4-6 weeks for one hour. Committee members plan and coordinate YLS activities such as social gatherings and programming. Attend a committee meeting and help develop the future of YLS. WANTED: YOUNG LEADERS
GIVE: If you are 40 or younger and give at least $250 to United Way of Carlisle & Cumberland County, stand up and be recognized as a member of our Young Leaders' Society (YLS). Check the appropiate box on your pledge form or contact sherrie@carlisleunitedway.org.
